- Immigration approval

- Any specific outcome or processing timeline
All decisions are made exclusively by the respective authorities.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Submit genuine and valid documentation.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
- Comply with all embassy, immigration, university, and government requirements.
Post My Visa shall not be liable for delays, refusals, or adverse decisions resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
Fees and Payments
- All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Government fees, embassy fees, VFS/BLS fees, courier charges, university fees, insurance premiums, translation charges, and third-party costs are separate from professional service fees.
- All payments made are subject to our Refund Policy.
Processing Time
Estimated processing timelines are indicative only and may vary depending upon:

- Universities and educational institutions
- Government agencies
- Public holidays and unforeseen circumstances
Post My Visa shall not be responsible for delays beyond its control.
