Our fees cover consultation, documentation review, application preparation, advisory services, and administrative support. As these services involve time, expertise, and resources, the following refund policy applies.
Service Fees
All professional service fees paid to Post My Visa are generally non-refundable once the application process, consultation, document assessment, counseling, or related services have commenced.
Government, Embassy & Third-Party Fees
Visa fees, embassy fees, VFS/BLS service charges, university application fees, courier charges, translation fees, insurance premiums, and any third-party payments are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application.
Visa Refusal or Rejection
Post My Visa provides guidance and assistance but does not have authority over decisions made by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, universities, or government agencies. Therefore, no refund shall be provided in the event of:
- Visa refusal or rejection.
- Delays by embassies, consulates, universities, or government authorities.
- Changes in immigration, visa, or admission policies.
- Requests for additional documentation by authorities.
Client Withdrawal
If a client chooses to withdraw their application after the service has commenced, no refund shall be payable for services already rendered.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment made by a client due to technical error or accidental transaction shall be refunded after verification within 7-14 working days.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for refund due to exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of Post My Visa management. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
Cancellation of Services by Post My Visa
Post My Visa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:
- False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
- Fraudulent documentation is submitted.
- The client breaches applicable laws or regulations.
In such cases, fees paid shall be non-refundable.
Acceptance of Policy
By engaging the services of Post My Visa and making payment for any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
